Job Role
- Train and manage internal Sales team on lead generation and opportunity pipeline targeting segment, industry, application, and region matrix
- Research and identify new clients/business opportunities via multiple marketing channels
- Develop new clients and build long term relationships
- Determine key business development KPIs
- Develop and execute business development strategies for business growth globally
- Build IntellaQuest’s internal Sales team in collaboration with Chief Marketing Officer and Digital Marketing Manager
- Work with sales and marketing team to develop overall business sales and marketing plans to build company’s brand and reach
- Generate new business opportunities and leads for Channel Partner network
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Development or an equivalent field
- 7+ years of experience in business development, sales management, or related experience
- Project Management capabilities and organizational skills
- Ability to work with multiple teams based on customer needs
- Strong negotiating and decision-making skills
- Great interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Option to work remotely from anywhere
